How its operating
For all placements no special skills or training is required.

But any volunteer with specialized skill or knowledge will be able to serve more…
Every volunteer will design to work 4 – 6 hours work per day for all placements.
All week ends will be free for all volunteers and to those volunteers who is interested to Explore the country on their own during week ends will provide with Three days leave per week

We are operating two main types of program for you. All our programs are design to provide high quality service with as much interaction with nature and culture as possible.

Because of the many different things to see and do in Sri Lanka and the varied interest of today’s Travelers / volunteers. Volunteers Sri Lanka decided to provide a individualizes Private Custom Program that meets their needs.

You your self can design your Sri Lanka Volunteer program as to full fill your aspiration and needs, We will provide you the information about what to see and do what we can offer in Sri Lanka.

All you need to do is Tell us what you like and how long you can stay in this Beautiful island, Either by Servicing the Community or Promoting the Conservation & protecting of the Environment / Rich Island Cultural heritage or Exploring the attractions of this small Island.

We do the rest. We will prepare and send the itinerary for you as to full fill our needs Negotiation via Email back and forth asking questions and clarifying before finalizing the itinerary for you. We then do many follow up Email messages about what they will experience, cultural do’s and don’ts, and answer any question they may have. By the time they arrive they have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of their program with Island Culture – Sri Lanka.
